Feefo award Hammond & Harper with Gold Trusted Merchant status

Hammond & Harper of London achieved Gold Trusted Merchant status after providing our customers with superb clerical wear and an excellent customer service in 2014.

This award was presented to the business by Feefo, the independent feedback company, who collected hundreds of genuine customer reviews throughout 2014.

Feefo confirmed that 98% of H&H customers left positive product reviews, complimenting the fine quality of clerical shirts, collars, bib stocks and other accessories the business provides members of the clergy.

95% of customers meanwhile left positive feedback on the service they had received from Hammond & Harper of London.

"We are of course delighted to be presented with the Gold Trusted Merchant award," said Anne Quinque, General Manager at Hammond & Harper.

 "Since using Feefo's service in January 2014, we have been able to continuously measure the satisfaction of our customers and ensure that their shopping experience with us is exceptional.

 "It is of course very fulfilling to hear all of the positive comments but just as useful when we receive the occasional negative review. This gives us an opportunity to rectify any problems our customer may have experienced and if necessary, adjust the way we do things to fine tune our service even further."

Andrew Mabbutt, CEO at Feefo, awards businesses with the Gold Trusted Merchant Award when they exceed a 95% satisfaction rating from customers in the previous year.

He stated: "This is the second year we have run this accreditation to highlight those merchants that have consistently delivered great customer service."
