Placing an Order

1. Product menu

Our products have been split into 9 categories. Simply select your desired category from the homepage products menu or the navigation menu under the men or women headings at the top of the page. Please also note that Shirts for Men and Shirts for Women have been split into a long sleeved and short sleeved sub category.

2. Browse styles

Several styles are available for the majority of our products to give you a great selection to choose from. For more information on the product and to view size and colour options for any particular style, simply click the Take a look button on your chosen style.

3. Select size and colour

Various sizes and colours are available to choose from for clerical shirts and socks. After selecting your desired style, you can choose your colour by clicking on the colour squares to the right of the product image. Clerical shirts with a stock colour are priced at £27.30, with our clerical polo range being in S,M,L sizes and priced at £21.75. If you are unsure of your shirt size, you can click on the tape measure icon next to the collar size select dropdown box. This will give you a guide to our sizes.

4. Add to Cart

When you are happy with your size and colour options, click on the Add to Cart button and the product will be placed into your bag. If you wish to continue shopping click on the continue shopping button at the top right of the page. If you have a discount code, you can also add this in the Apply coupon box in the bottom left. When the code is accepted, a success message will show at the top of the screen and the price will change accordingly.

5. Checkout

Click on Proceed to Checkout button if you are happy with the items in your bag and wish to complete your order. For existing customers, please log in at the top of the page. If you are a new customer, simply fill out your address details, confirm your shipping preference and accept our T&Cs before clicking on the Place Order button. You will then be directed to our secure Sagepay payment screen.
