Refund policy

At Hammond & Harper of London, we want you to shop with confidence.

Your Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, simply complete the returns form enclosed with your order and return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery.

Please ensure the returns form is completed and enclosed with your return to help us identify your order and process your refund as quickly as possible.

If you no longer have your returns form, please contact us at mail@hammondandharperoflondon.com before returning your goods.

Deductions from Refunds

You are entitled to inspect goods as you would in a physical retail store.

If the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled more than is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or fit, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund.

Examples include:

  • Garments showing signs of wear.

  • Missing tags, collar supports or packaging.

  • Cosmetic, deodorant or fragrance marks.

  • Washing, alteration or damage.

  • Items returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale.

Commercial Use

Our products are supplied for personal consumer use.

Where goods have been used for commercial purposes, including photography, filming, theatrical productions, costume hire, events or similar activities, and this has reduced their resale value, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty or otherwise required by law, we are unable to accept returns of:

  • Personalised or bespoke products.

Return Costs

Unless goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Faulty Goods

If your goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
