A contract between you and us for the sale of goods will be formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. Order confirmations or acknowledgements do not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including stock availability, payment failure, or pricing errors. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods within estimated timescales. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility. Title passes upon full payment; risk passes on delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind, you have 14 days to return most goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by your dispatch note. Bespoke or customised products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started unless faulty. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the return.
