By using our website, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering. These Terms & Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Contract Formation

A contract between you and us for the sale of goods will be formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. Order confirmations or acknowledgements do not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including stock availability, payment failure, or pricing errors. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full.

3. Eligibility and Use of Our Website

To use this website and make purchases, you must be aged 18 years or older and hold a valid credit or debit card. You agree not to use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, or to impersonate another person. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your registration if misuse is suspected.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and exclude VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm the card is yours and authorise us to charge it for your order. Transactions are subject to authorisation by your card issuer.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods within estimated timescales. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility. Title passes upon full payment; risk passes on delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of delivery. 

Condition of Returned Goods

Customers may inspect goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit, as they would in a retail store.

Returned goods must be complete with all original packaging, collar supports, collar bands, labels, swing tags, inserts and any accessories supplied.

Where returned goods show evidence of handling beyond this, we reserve the right to reduce any refund by an amount reflecting the resulting loss in value.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Worn garments.

• Washed or altered items.

• Damage occurring after delivery.

• Missing packaging, tags or accessories.

• Cosmetic or deodorant marks.

• Strong odours including perfume or smoke.

• Items no longer suitable for resale.

Commercial Use

Our returns policy is intended for customers purchasing goods for personal use.

Where returned goods show evidence of commercial use, including photography, filming, theatrical productions, costume hire, events or similar activities, and this has reduced the value of the goods, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from any refund where permitted by law.

Return Costs

Unless goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

8. Product Description and Accuracy

We strive for accurate product descriptions but minor variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors without liability.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for misuse of this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product(s) concerned.

10. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, industrial disputes, or pandemics.
