Ordering
When you have selected your items and are ready to pay, click on the Proceed to checkout button, which appears on the My Bag page. If you are an existing customer, please login at the top of the page. If you are a new customer, simply fill in your details, before reading and checking the box marked terms and conditions. Once you click the Place order button, you will then be taken to our secure Sagepay checkout to make the payment.

Yes, we take payments via a secure checkout facility and have a recognised server security certificate, as indicated by the padlock symbol in your browser.
All of our stock is automatically synced to our internal system and will only show out of stock if we have confirmed it. Any item that is showing in stock will be available for purchase.

Yes you will receive confirmation of your order by email to the address provided once your details and payment have been confirmed through the website.

We operate a Click & Collect service at Lockie House Withins Road, Haydock, St Helens WA11 9UD. Opening hours are from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

Returns and refunds
We do hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you would like to return your goods to us, we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange. As Hammond & Harper Ltd is an English company, our return policies are practiced in accordance with English law.
Simply return the goods to us, unused and in the original packaging, within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by the sales receipt.
At Hammond & Harper of London we are constantly striving to improve our customer’s shopping experience and therefore welcome your comments, good or bad. In the unlikely event you have cause for complaint please contact us on 01942 402516 or you can alternatively e-mail us at mail@hammondandharperoflondon.com or through our live chat at the bottom right hand of the screen. Your complaint will then be dealt with as part of our no quibble guarantee policy.
Once we have received your item we will process the return and action a refund within 2-4 working days (depending on your bank or building society).
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If any product purchased with a Gift Card is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price, any money owing will only be issued as a Gift Card. If your purchase was partially paid for on Gift Card and a refund is payable to you, your Gift Card will be refunded up to the card’s original value, any outstanding balance owed after this will be refunded via the other payment method originally used for your purchase. If you no longer have the Gift Card used to purchase the returned good(s), we will issue you with a new Gift Card to the value payable to you up to the amount of the card’s original value.
